"We began our home search with Shaye Lastra in Spring 2013. After speaking with several realtors, Shaye was the person we wanted to work with because she had an exceptionally work ethic, and was very knowledgeable about the area and process.
Shaye and her team showed my husband and I several homes, and helped us put in several offers (we were out-bid). Shaye was very organized and thorough, and constantly checked in and followed up with us, which was very important as we were searching for a property in an extremely competitive market. She was very easy to reach and always available (even on nights and weekends), and was prompt with returning calls when she was not able to pick up the phone herself.
In the end, we purchased a home through a different realty company because the seller had an exclusive contract through a different broker.
